![]() Still, this option can be a good place for a secondary base and a new chance for players to show off their building skill. Of course, building near or on the water won't be as safe as it used to be, now that the Diving Bell Spiders inhabit the area and can attack. There are two new base-building features coming to the game: buoys and floating foundations. Rather than simply exploring the pond, players can now build their bases and live there. ![]() Players can steal oxygen from the Diving Bell Spiders' nests to avoid having to come up as often for air, but this can attract unwanted attention. Water Fleas make a return and will attack the player while they swim, but far more dangerous and concerning is the Diving Bell Spider.
